I saw the Chocolate Croissants and thought – why not! I’ve always wanted to make croissants…so on Sunday afternoon, I followed her directions -
I found that I loved working the dough and the beautiful transformation that occurred from chilling to rolling out and folding over and over. It wasn’t as hard as I’d thought!
The result is flaky, buttery, chocolaty goodness…
Dearest and Darling Daughter loved them!
I decided to warm these and serve them as an afternoon tea break – tea and chocolate – Delightsome!
