Home and Garden Thursday
Well, from one very busy week to one where I had to take it slow. I caught Dearest’s cold and it has whooped me! I have had to sleep sitting up in the little chairs – pushed together – in our bedroom for about a week. I can tell the cold is nearing an end. It just gets worse in the evenings! I have been working on a few projects that I’m so excited to share with you soon! Here’s what I did accomplish since last week’s party:
I’ve had this sweet little chair for a couple months. I found it at Goodwill and wanted to transform it for my little kitchen desk. I’m loving the look with the slight patina in the paint and with the French Grainsack fabric I found at Decor Steals!
Barbara at The Everyday Home and a few other bloggers are hosting a fabulous challenge – each month there’s a Dollar Store Challenge – to create something from purchased items from the Dollar Store. February is Dessert month….I made Cherry Almond Trifle!
