Home and Garden Thursday
Summer is really flying by! I hear that some school districts will be going back to school mid August. When did the schedule change – summers used to be – June-July-August? Unless you were in a year-round school schedule. I had so much fun at Haven – still trying to catch up on things and to visit those I met! My personal schedule has been off for a couple weeks with different things – I’m a girl who likes routine apparently – I can’t wait until things are back on track. I have, however been able to work some more on redecorating my dining room – I can’t wait to share – lots of sewing and painting going on!
Here’s what I shared with you since the last Home and Garden Thursday:
I shared my Haven Recap – these lovely ladies are the organizers behind this awesome event – if you ever have the opportunity to go – I highly recommend it!
My beautiful La Marne rose is showing signs of new life. I had to prune her back drastically after damage caused by last winter’s ice storm. Each of us from time to time face storms in our lives – as for me, I’d love to come through my current storm as beautifully as my rose.
Speaking of roses, I have been given an awesome opportunity to curate a board for Hometalk on roses...I searched for posts that would be beautiful and beneficial with tips and suggestions as well as gorgeous varieties in 20 Breathtaking Roses for your Garden.
