Pretzel Toffee Chocolate Chunk Cookies

delicious salty, sweet and chocolaty cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed mini-pretzel twists
  • 1 bag Heath Toffee Candy bits
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 8 oz. bar Semi Sweet Chocolate baking bar chopped
  • parchment paper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Beat the butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradualy add sugars, beating well. Add the egg and vanilla, beat well.
  3. 3. Gradually add flour to butter mixture beating at low speed after each addition.
  4. 4. Stir in pretzels, toffee candy, and chocolate.
  5. 5. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons (for this we used a teaspoon). Place cookie dough 1 inch apart onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
  6. 6. Bake at 350 for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool.
  7. (approximately 3 dozen cookies at tablespoon measure size)
