Home and Garden Thursday
This is the week that I share something from my garden with you! Keeping things
I was also inspired by poetry, the movie ‘The Count of Monte Cristo, and several posts
I am thrilled to be able to host a giveaway of a set of four Destinations London candles from

There’s the sweet fragrance of Poppy Fields, the serene aroma of Afternoon Tea, the intriguing

Let’s see the highlights that were shared last week.
You know I love whimsy in the garden and repurposed items. Carlene at Organized Clutter has created beautiful planters from the arms of an old Futon and has displayed marvelously old sprinklers – there’s beauty in just about anything – I hope you’ve had opportunity to visit her Delightsome garden.
What’s more wonderful than having something vintage – let alone a vintage appliance that works! To top that off – this vintage appliance has a fantastic name, The Flair! How Delightsome – Robin at The Decorating Tennis Girl shared her lovely vintage appliance – and posed similarly to a vintage advertisement for the Flair! She also shared how she’s had fun creating photo collages with Smilebox.
I am so thankful to Natasha from Natasha in Oz for sharing this well written post on the benefits of connecting through the social medias – there are so very many and they can be confusing – especially if you’re on the outside looking in. Do you want to jump into this pool or that one or leap frog? It all depends on what you hope to gain from your blog – followers, visitors, or just to express yourself and find kindred spirits – whatever your desires – learning about what is available is beneficial and can help you make an informed decision! Thanks Natasha!
Entryways are a wonderful thing in homes – Penny at Penny’s Vintage Home shared with us the many vintage pieces she has collected and displays in her entryway from an old chippy door to an old chandelier piece -to anniversary plates and a number of other beautiful touches – what a Delightful way to welcome visitors!
