Home and Garden Thursday
This is Valentine’s week! I have been enjoying seeing your wonderful posts, decorating, creative recipes, garden ideas and more. Here are a few things I shared since last week’s H> party.
Do you hope for flowers, roses, for Valentines. I shared with you simple steps to care for your bouquet.
Nutella is a delicious treat in and of itself. Here I shared with you a take on the French Chocolate Croissant.
After the rain, and in some places snow, comes the sun. Both needful and nourishing elements. I show you our early signs of spring in the south.
One of my favorite Christian singing groups is Downhere. I shared with you lyrics, a video of a song – For Life – on being thankful. This song was based on John 10:10.
For my Valentines tea, I shared this lovely Homer Laughlin teacup and the gorgeous cloche and cake stand Dearest gave me last Christmas.
Cake balls are a delicious and quite easy treat you can make for and wow your family.
Here are the Features from last week’s party:
Patricia at ButterYum made this lovely looking and delicious sounding Meyer Lemon and Vanilla Bean Jelly – I am so intrigued, I hope there are Meyer Lemons still at the grocery store next time I go!
The Tablescaper shared this gorgeous tablescape that caught many hearts and imagination. I just love this French Country Valentines tablescape – the dishes and the tablecloth are just perfect!
Susan at Sullivan and Murphy shared with us her gorgeous living room, the new pieces of furniture and the lovely pops of color in the decor. The fascinating part is the pattern of the fabric on the side chair! Magnifique!
I think we all were thoroughly enjoying all the gorgeous ways Sarah at Hyacinths for the Soul shared her beautiful collections and how she uses them to decorate throughout her home. Simply enchanting! She’s given me new ideas of lovely things to collect!

You make everything look so beautiful! You certainly have a gift.
Your roses are beautiful….and so are those snowdrops! We are having quite a heavy snowfall…a bit unexpected.
I think if it were any cooler here, we’d have LOTS of snow! It has been raining four days straight! No more rain deficit! Hope you stay warm and safe.
Kathy
