Home and Garden Thursday
Well, I had a marvelous time with Dearest last week at the State Fair. I have learned there comes a point when you’re just too old for certain rides. I quite enjoy watching others having their fun! I was so excited to purchase a mattress for a cast iron bedframe we purchased a while back…little did I know that it would set one to such heights..You all are so wonderful to join in Home and Garden Thursday and to visit one another – I truly appreciate you!
Here’s what I shared with you last week:
I looked at the different Cottage styles – English, French Country, Shabby Chic, Romantic and Country Cottage – or Farmhouse…I found it interesting the subtle differences.
I enjoyed a lovely tea featuring Applesauce cake and some of my classic Victoria magazines…
Finally, I was able to share with you my new Cast Iron bed…this vintage bedframe sets the mattress pretty high…I am deciding whether to get a step or to get a lower boxspring. What would you do?
It is eight weeks until our annual Christmas party…I am beginning my preparations now..
