A Return to Loveliness

I started on Facebook and created a Pinterest board for A Return to Loveliness…I hope this will be very good for you!

I am having a beautiful, joyful start to the week – I have set myself up with a lot of projects and planning! I hope to get these things done before going to The Haven Conference next week – I am really looking forward to that! Today, I am working on a big project – the redecorating of our dining room – it’s painting time, goodbye red! You can see the new color in the background of this picture, I walked through the garden and picked a few lilies to bring indoors.

Here are the Top Viewed Posts from last week’s party:

conversationsBeth at Conversations from My House shared her lovely find, this sweet Royal Albert teacup and little dishes – adorable – the flower brownie looks yummy too!

janetJanet at Rosemary and Thyme created a beautiful pink rose inspired tea – celebrating summer!

sherrySherry at The Charm of Home shared her Savouring Summer post which included this beautiful Brambley Hedge china as well as her intriguing chocolate chip cookie recipe!

Thank you all for sharing your lovely posts with A Return to Loveliness!

  13. Thank you so much for featuring the tea post of last week Kathy. I was hesitant to share that I cooked with beef tallow but, they have made the public announcement that studies have determined that cooking low fat was wrong. You have to wonder how all the generations before us cooked with lard and lived till their 80’s and 90’s. Who knew? Time will tell again and another study will emerge. Thanks for hosting!

  14. Blessings, Kathy! That sneak peek of your new blue walls on fb has me wanting more! Also, your teaser here! It’s been a red, white and blue week for you after all! Thanks so much for hosting and being the blogging blessing that you are.
