Home and Garden Thursday
June is winding down! Next, we have Fourth of July! Do you love celebrating America – I do – love this country! I am STILL gathering and cleaning up after my daughter’s wedding – there’s a lot more work in DIY weddings – but a lot more us in it too! Here are the two posts I shared since our last party – thank you all for joining in and visiting at Home and Garden Thursday.
In 2013 I transformed our kitchen to a light French Farmhouse style…I shared some updates and what I’ve added in decor – more French lovelies!
Our daughter’s wedding was a morning wedding with breakfast for the reception. We had a lot of fresh fruit…one was watermelon. My daughters taught me how to pick a good, sweet watermelon.…Dearest loves watermelon – so I applied their tips. He said, ‘this watermelon tastes like summer’! Success…you see, I don’t like watermelon! Sad, I know!
