Welcome to the 337th
Hello all! Plans, plans, plans…I have so many of them! I am a dreamer too and I have visualized these plans. But, as with so many things we run into roadblocks. For me it was when my laptop started to not perform. Dear sweet laptop…I have enjoyed you for six years! Six years….I should have known. We all know technology changes so very frequently. My sweet little laptop just couldn’t keep up…BUT, I wasn’t ready yet to replace her…I do give things a personality! I have been an Apple computer fan for years! Years! I still have my first one and when she started to just shut down…I knew it was time to replace her. So, I called Apple. I spoke with a very patient, very kind and thorough young man. He took me through several troubleshooting steps to see if we could get her going – or to find the source of the problem. At the end, we decided I did need to take her in for service. She needs more power and strength to keep up with the latest software out there and such! So, I decided to give her what she needed – for now and to begin to plan for the future….I have been without my dear laptop for over a week now. The young man at the store (listen to me – young man – I’m not that ancient!) was so kind and patient too! I will find out how to let those they work for know – people often willingly complain when they don’t get good service – I try to remember to thank those who give me GREAT service! I am a firm believer in focusing on the positive. What have I learned – I may share more in a more lengthy post – but one of the most important – back things up! Be prepared and organized. I’m going to work on that more. I didn’t realize just how much was connected with dear laptop! So, one of the plans I had was to visit you all who shared – that didn’t happen! I apologize – I don’t like to say I’m going to do something and don’t follow through!
